There are only 4 of them and you can only imagine the volume of calls they are getting. Go ahead and call me in my office at (813) 974-3481 and I will assist you. Don't hold it against them, we just don't have enough ticket sales guys for this volume. This is why we try to push all individual ticket sales to ticketmaster so it frees them up for callers like yourself who are interested in season or group tickets.EricObviously, our ticket office doesn't suck with guys like Eric stepping up. Now please change the subject title.Go Bulls!!

puc86 Posted September 21, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 19,266 Reputation: 6,149 Days Won: 255 Joined: 10/13/2002 Author Share Posted September 21, 2007 My change in title reflects my new found season tickets. I understand that it was partially my fault for not buying season tickets in advance but I was unaware of the ticket plan that allowed recent graduates to sit in the student section. My group is made up of a mixture of current students, recent graduates and simply fans, so traditionally we have always sat in the student section. Yesterday I read a post that brought my attention to this plan so I tried to call 1-800 Bulls right away to order the tickets. Unfortunately for me Paul was sent from the office to handle the student ticket distribution that would take place at 1:00 yesterday, setting in progress the situation that I have already described. This problem was further compounded by the fact that this morning they stopped selling the tickets that I was trying to buy from him before the decision was made to stop selling the tickets. Lucky for me I was able to get ahold of both Eric and Paul from the information that was supplied to me by this board and I was able to get some tickets in the upper part of another section that should allow me to be able to stand in the manner I am used to with out having to fear being shocked by a taser or being escorted from the property by TSA. I do appreciate the hard work that anyone does but it would be frustrating to anyone to have people repeatedly tell you things that end up not coming true. In all I am just happy to have tickets and it was probably time for me to grow up and out of the student section (for a considerable savings on four tickets). Now that I am aware of the fact that it is time to grow up I look forward to making a donation next year and moving to a section that comes with a decent donor level. I have already thanked Eric as well as Paul for getting back in touch with me, as well as some random guy that called me a minute ago, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future as they have always been helpful with my around the horns group sponsorships and away game tickets.
