8:45 and the only tickets available are GA.  Wish they'd open the 3rd level unless they're just going to let that be all students and GA mixed.

it doesnt make sense to me, why not open the 3rd level? 

issues getting concessions for the extra 1k people?

If I recall, this happened previously about the 3rd level opening late ...... but still filled in pretty good.

What's odd is you don't see the resale tickets. I would have thought some would have opened up at a higher price.

USF has not yet "turned on" the ability to resell your tickets.
