While this is great and exciting I wouldn't describe going 7-6 in football, and currently being first in the AAC as a winning culture. Need to finish strong in basketball and take this positive momentum and built on it into next year and the year after and than we can talk about a winning culture. Same for football.

Having said that all this is very exciting and gives me hope that finally we will live up to our potential, but we need to keep it going, and I think Golesh, Rahim, Kelly are the right people to get it done
