I think we all agree, win the tourney or hope for a miracle.  In 91 we lost the first round of the metro and still got an invite, was drinking beer out on the causeway “beer can beach” on Sunday afternoon before the selection show and Fred Lewis and the team were hanging out drinking as well waiting for the word, they were not optimistic, he was downright gloomy, but it happened.

I know people don’t want to hear it, but we are in the conference we need to be in right now. Because we are in the AAC, it doesn’t take a lot to turn things around. Hopefully we can continue to win in and build our brand back up and get a call up during the next round of expansion/reallocation. As for making it to the tourney, I think the conference championship team (provided they are any two of the top 4 seeds), gets in.
