The promise was made by the person I bought them from over the phone on the 800-GoBulls number.

This game should be interesting. I don’t really know what to expect. I haven’t looked at too much in terms of statistics and new stories and anything to try to get a read on what each team is thinking. But it would seem that USF players and coaches may feel they need this win more than Syracuse needs it. After all Cuse lost a whole bunch straight. Maybe it’s better just to put it in a box and tape it up and put it in the attic.  For USF. It continues a story that might keep people talking a bit after bowl season.  
 

The fact that they rely heavily on the run also is encouraging; although that could result in their backup or third string quarterback, throwing for 450 yards.  
 

Meaningless bowl game.  Coin flip, but I’m taking USF.  Culture win.

When it comes to the portal and nil deals there are no rules and if they are the courts say no.
