Entrances get highly concentrated as kickoff approaches and come to virtual standstills. Maybe USF will do what Louisville does. “Happy Pregame Hour” I think they call it. Beers are 1/2 price inside the stadium BEFORE kickoff.

Not the biggest fan of the distinct sections for seating - what if a student wants to go visit their parents? They have a long way to walk down, around, and back up. Not the biggest deal as it does allow for a separated student area which I think is cool. Also love the tailgating areas in the renderings, as well as the incorporation of the team store, parking between the stadium/practice fields, and the overall look/feel. It's concrete, and it's green!

Hardly anything beats a great tailgate.

Not complete concrete stadium? Can it be expanded for another 20k seats especially with the corner gaps? 2027... Did they say the 1st game in 2026? Biggest disappointment is it appears there will not be much shade. As a Dolphins Season Ticket holder the shade we have at Hard Rock is a game changer. Worse part of Ray Jay is the heat. I would use some of the resources towards that.

Only thing I wonder about is the East West orientation and how, per VPMK, that will maximize airflow and shade. Would be interesting to see the studies that were done on that aspect.
