  1. **** i'm getting old. this is dishon platt's son (another son signed with FAU last year). the 2002 class was the first one i ever paid attention to recruiting.
  2. just based off that look, i'm getting tulane's yulman stadium vibes. they used dant clayton's hybrid precast concrete product. https://dantclayton.com/products/hybrid-precast-stadium-system/
  3. I just completed this quiz. My Score 60/100 My Time 181 seconds
  4. I spinned 5x and it landed on Big16-24 twice, ACC twice and PAAC.
  5. I just completed this quiz. My Score 46/100 My Time 181 seconds
  6. NCAA adopts new Division I model giving Power 5 autonomy - CBSSports.com Q&A on what Thursday's NCAA vote means.
  7. this shows a coach in serious decline and TCU made the right decision to get rid of. in the 4 seasons prior to this oen he went 21-22 and they clearly had talent because as as they replace him with a coach who isn't in decline they're undefeated and will be in the playoffs if they win out.
  8. a service/software that allows coaches to spend less time sending messages to multiple recruits and just automates some of the process. someone realized that grown men who should be coaching shouldn't be spending more time trying to get high maintenance players than they do improving the players they already have. now they can still make the recruits feel special while focusing on their primary job.
  9. Well I do know about it and it's not all that it's cracked up to be. The same teams win the big prizes unless a lightly regarded team becomes the plaything of some sportwashing oligarch or country, see Chelsea under Roman Abramovich, PSG, Manchester City. in Italy Juventus won like 10 titles in a row before their players got old. Bayern Munich in Germany is currently in the midst of their own 10 straight league titles. PSG wins in France unless they're bored. only 7 teams have ever won the premier league in England, with Leicester City's 2017 win being a shock for the ages. Before the sugar daddies came in and diversified the winner list, it was just Manchester United and Arsenal competing for the title. Relegation is a good concept, but because the stakes are so high it's dog eat dog and the big dogs eat the most.
  10. the earth provides the support. no need for support pillars in the lower bowl or anything like that. check out this video of SDSU's stadium construction and you'll see how it looks like they are just resting seats on dirt (they aren't) in the lower bowl.
  11. Part of Ferguson Hall is undergound. Anyway, I was just wondering because of the whole Snapdragon stadium thing.
  12. can the first tier be below ground at the site selected?
  13. i honestly thought the radio network got a commitment from a station with those call letters.
  14. huh? so they should fire him because his reason for why we won't be playing each other (availability) doesn't show enough fear of us? playing them in those 4 OOC games didn't elevate them one bit, they didn't win any. playing and winning big in the AAC is what elevated them.
  15. USF (Leavitt, Judy, Selmon) were looking out for the program by trying to keep a boot on their neck because they knew if they were on equal footing there was a strong possibility of THIS happening.
  16. don't be this guy. i'm sure there were ucf fans that felt this way back in 2002-03 when a young upstart USF football program was able to get into two conferences that they wanted to be in: c-usa and then the big east. they went back to the drawing board and built up their program. that's what needs to be done now. just win baby.
  17. the disney bundle is the same ($13.99), so might as well get that and get disney+, hulu and espn+.
  18. manchester united makes money and the glazers take money out of that club.
