Another note. Coach said they turned down 13-15 schools for this today. Lots of sections still filling in.

We played a cupcake; however, this game demonstrated to me why we need our tallest players on the floor as much as possible. Levy had some easy misses, but she is just too good to not get a lot of minutes. Her height alone impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Evelien had her best game, and Mputu is showing that she might just be our best big by the end of the season. She had 9 pts, 8 rebounds, and 4 blocks. She looks very impressive!

Funniest moment of the game:

Judit Valero, who has been tossing up bricks and airballs all season is having her best game. She hits a layup and a 3 that was nothing but net. With 8 points scored, she takes another 3 and misses everything. The announcer laughs as she explains that CJF had just told her to settle down. While explaining what CJF said, the camera pans over to the bench and shows several players laughing hysterically as they tried to hide their faces with their hands.

I saw somewhere on Twitter that this is largely covered by USF. It's effectively a game for free advertising.

We need to do more things like this to get kids on campus. I’m sure the USF players also enjoyed having a full house. Seems like a huge win for USF.

I'm not sure how they counted without scanning tickets. Maybe based on how the schools responded?
