It's the top 10-20 programs, then every one else

I get it, not pity partying for non p5, just using the umbrella p5 as a stand in for the top 10-20 programs

I made a chart of how we have been using the transfer portal. So far we are on track for the amount of incoming and outgoing in 2020. I think after Spring camp we should get the full amount.

The transfer list so far for USF. I am unsure who is graduating, We will definitely have enough room to add some quality transfers. Especially in the secondary. Next year is going to be nice!

I think all 8 of our running backs have another year of eligibility. We also have 2 recruits coming in. We definitely have a backlog and somebody will probably move on.
