I am sure coaches  have a list of guys, just wait or are in contact with them. They don't  wait for the list and shop, it's guys thy already have a relationship.

I made a chart of how we have been using the transfer portal. So far we are on track for the amount of incoming and outgoing in 2020. I think after Spring camp we should get the full amount.

IIRC schools now have a”Portal Scout” to monitor who’s in , and where. Probably following every possible player on social media, and rating them according to needs.
