Thanksgiving weekend. Coming back early for a game vs Charlotte. I would make the trip, but doubt anyone other than the hardcore USF supporter would come home early (if living out of town) for this match up.

I think those hardcore USF fans staying in Tampa for Thanksgiving will have family coming here that would probably go to the game with them.  Hopefully that evens out those who are out of town and not returning early.  A 7:30 pm start really helps as people can leave their festivities on Saturday morning and still make a night game.  So much better than having to leave early on Friday morning to make the past Friday games.

Florida FSU game is in Gainesville @ 7pm.  This will affect attendance.

How so? Right now only the hardcore fans are left to attend games. Doubt that they would attend a Florida FSU game; let alone when a bowl game is at stake. But perhaps i am wrong.

I agree.  Only hardcore types are left, however, some have mentioned that we would get a boost because it's at night.  I don't see the happening because the casual fans won't come out for Charlotte when they can stay home and watch UF FSU.  Also, didn't someone mention that sororities organize car pools to Gainesville and Orlando because of better game day atmosphere.

Anyone know our record at home all-time under a Waxing Gibbous moon? 😄

I think the last time I heard the phrase 'Waxing Gibbous moon" was in my astronomy course to fulfill a science requirement.

So: in line at the bookstore with my astronomy textbook, and the two girls behind me wanted to sign up for that course (unfortunately confusing astronomy with astrology as the standing-in-the-checkout-line conversation waned 😲

Those people may perhaps suck though.  🤔
