Yes he gets paid to win football games, when he doesn’t he is also well compensated to deal with the numb nuts and this is part of the package. When you make 7 digits plus, you are well compensated to deal with all kinds of **** and deal with it he must.  Not sure how you can’t grasp this Trips, especially being a numbnut yourself.
