If it is too hot then get out of the kitchen, in the spotlight and cashing the check then deal with the ****, need thick skin, not for the weak and weary.

It's not about heat in the kitchen, thick skin, etc ..... he gets paid to win football games, and that shouldn't include dealing with numbnuts looking for controversy.
