The point is he is hurting and emotional about it. He called out the problems from the team and said he didn't have the guys prepared. I hope he turns it around, but he seems like he was very disappointed in himself by reading his body language.

Exactly. No promise that this team is close or throw out some cheesy slogan. We need an AD like GM Bean.
