I like this from Part 1 about the uniforms.

What's our foundation? We punch up. We work out in trailers and then come to your place thats been around for 100 years and we win. We play tough and rugged. We grew up playing in the pines, jumping in lakes and intercoatals, running around and riding bikes all day, then taking that skill onto the fields. We aren't Florida or Florida State. We're Tampa. We're the overlooked directional that won't take crap and when we beat you we make you look again.  

The problem is we lost that. We need to get that back.

And with all of that being said, the football purist in me says it's even more important to create a culture where young people become process-driven men who can sustain throughout their lives,

This always annoys me "But for all its success, Golesh's offense took some criticism this offseason in terms of its ability to prepare players for success in the NFL." His job is NOT to prepare players for the NFL. His job is to first, WIN COLLEGE FOOTBALL games, second is to prepare these kids for LIFE. If they have the talent for the NFL the NFL will find them and pay them.
