Source says Mike Brey to be hired by USF

I thought he resigned at ND.  This sounds like they fired him.  I'm kind of okay with not hiring another fired coach looking for a landing spot.

It's a joke saying someone used USF as leverage to get another job.  This program is a dumpster fire.   He all ready had job options before the USF vacancy.  At the least, he was going to be an analyst on ESPN.

Pretty sure Prime Time did that. He used people in talking about the USF job so I think that counts.

@puc86 - For what it's worth... Mike Brey is not with the Atlanta Hawks either.  So he did not accept another job (yet?).

There was only ONE Tweet that quoted "sources" about that possibility.

While I’m a firm believer in not firing someone you have to pay either way until you find their replacement, yes if he doesn’t end up anywhere because he just found out that comes out of his buyout that certainly speaks to him being the bigger part of the problem in this story.
