Just like porn...you don't have to define it, but you know it when you see it. Just take a look at the chart on the wall that lists every conference USF pines to join, those would be power conferences. That list on the other wall, showing all of conferences housing our new or potential conference mates, those would be non-power conferences. Note that there is not a clause that requires a $1M penalty should USF go from the AAC to the MAC or Sunbelt.
