I mean look at what they did.....they hired guys with an up and coming offensive scheme.

This could be similar, but it smells a lot like Chip Kelly's play fast and catch people off guard system.

seriously, i've graduated in the last decade and I can confirm nobody has followed up to find out what my salary is. No numbers on that can be more than someones guess

they got USF at 48,000 and UCF at 48,100. Safe to say thats within their margin for error. They use payscale which is just voluntarily submitted data lol

The academic differences of USF and UCF are nothing to an employer anyway

The administration just said they’ve spent more on the football program the  last 2 years than the previous 25. I imagine they’re mostly talking the IPF but that’s the problem. Where the op wants the program to be takes not millions but hundreds of millions. Where was that money supposed to have originated?
