Ideal is fold the program but if we don't do that I want us to go independent and play only road games against power 5

They could be paying him 40k a year and its a bad hire. **** should have just kept Jeff Scott if we were poor.

Name, image, likeness. allows players to get paid now. The big programs are paying kids upwards of $1m to sign with them now.

If you want to get good players then you will have to pay for them. It would be wise to get out in front of this.

Coaches salaries are bloated because of the near free labor college athletics have enjoyed. You will see a shift from coaches salaries to player salaries. Just like NFL where coaches salaries are nowhere near the top player salaries.
