Liberty just upped Freeze to $5m per year before he left. don't discount the power of the collection plate

If we do in fact hire Diaz, then I think we need to come to grips with the fact that we are a nobody directional school in a second or third tier low level conference. Our competition is the likes of Liberty and FAU/FIU. We will look forward to getting a big paycheck to play against a big time conference team like UCF.
