Numbers signed are always factored in.  Teams with more players signed have higher rankings.

Still taking visits after he put out his top 4 earlier this month ....

Interesting clip about him being the top rated receiver in portal and how he almost signed with JSU before coming here ....

I would figure the guy from Missouri who put up insane numbers in thr sec would be the best transfer receiver. I wish horn the best  unless he goes to ucf and then I hope they lose every game still .

Who does all the artwork for these players with their heartfelt AI generated goodbye tweets, and the ones like Jimmy Horn where they photoshopped in the mascots and whatnot?

The “exodus” continues at UF. Starting OL Ethan White - from Clearwater - is in the portal. They have 19 players in the portal, 4 announced for the draft, and 3 have been dismissed from the team.
