Well if it means anything, I am in NE Florida and the firing of Scott was so inconsequential that it never even made it to the media outlets here. I found out about it AFTER today's loss. In fact, most people up here, IF they even know there is a USF, don't think they have a football program (and they might not be far off). A big percentage also think I mean UCF when I say USF too. 

 

So, I guess when you suck so long, you just fade into oblivion.

I mean it is year zero, he is a first time head coach, CJS left the cupboard bare, he needs to bring in his own recruits, these things take time, he needs to improve the culture of listless institutionalized losing first, he had no spring or fall practices to install his systems, the ipf was too new and was a distraction, oh and the whole it resolves itself in 2 more games anyway thing.
