As well as whatever system he chooses to run

I like what Trickett has done this year and would like to see him stay in order to implement a full-out spread attack

Considering our recruiting is terrible, none. Trickett has shown he can mix it up but not enough to keep. Hire someone and they need to bring their peoplep

Da Prato and Coach Mo are two I would definitely like to see kept by the new HC.

Not true, go back and read Mike Kelly's quote. I'll paraphrase: "Future coaching decisions will be made by fanboys on chatboards".

I would start over completely.  No one who has the stench of Jeff Scott on them should be coaching at USF after this season.

Coach Mo's unit was the highest performing on team, and Da Prato is a hell of a recruiter. Tricketts offense was starting to click, although I would've like to see it with more tempo.

Axing everyone will mean starting completely over with recruiting & flipping the program over on its head yet again.
