That coaching staff was also on the recruiting trail. They were also in charge of developing players. They were also game planning. They were also coaching. They all played a part in the disaster that was Jeff Scott at USF. They all need to go.

He is a good guy, I get that, but the stench of his coaching here is the stuff of legend.  Worst coach in the history of college football STINKS real bad.  Thankfully it just stinks for him now and we are rid of it.

Axing everyone will mean starting completely over with recruiting & flipping the program over on its head yet again. 

New coach will almost assuredly bring in his own staff.  But I would not mind seeing a real defensive coach with fire that can recruit and let Trickett run with the offense.
