Jaren Mangham?

What is the story with Jaren Mangham? Can he seek a medical redshirt?

No clue but not sure if he can or can't. I think he is a redshirt covid junior but I could be wrong. That has used two years already with redshirt and covid year.

He has not taken a redshirt season yet. He played as a true freshman and sophomore at Colorado in 2019 and 2020.  So he's a "true senior" which means he actually could technically have THREE MORE seasons of eligbility -- one true redshirt, one medical redshirt (if approved), and the extra covid season.

I dont think he fist the offense anyways. When he was in he slowed us down.  He is a power running back and needs to be on a Big 10 esque team

I am not going to argue the gist of what you are saying, just advocating the need for a power back, a guy who can get the tough yards and has a nose for the endzone or first down marker.   There is a reason why to this day Voodoo 5 exists in USF football lore.

I am just saying he is not a starting back for this offense.  We could easily just ran Marsh on 4th and 1.
