Unfortunately he’s not going to get fired. Everything USF Athletics does goes against logic. No other AD in America would have given CJS a contract extension.

COVID is not a reason for a team to look worse in 2022 than it did in 2019. There are plenty of coaches hired after CJS into worse situations that have done more with their teams. Kick him to the curb.

Jeff Traylor turned UTSA away during year 1 covid year just like Jeff. Why? Because he is a solid coach not the worse coach in FBS football.

Nobody's blaming Covid for what is happening now.  Only people bringing it up are people that still think Timmy is better than GB .....

Example Marcus Arroyo at UNLV. He is in his third season as coach of the Rebels after going 2-16 his first two years. Now it’s year 3, and his team is off to 4-1 start and 2-0 in conference play. The Rebels are a fun team to watch.

I used COVID as an excuse to think this is more like year 2 than year 3, and why an extension could be justified.

But that doesn't excuse the lack of forward improvement THIS year.  Game to game this team is not improving ... if anything it's getting worse.  No excuse for that.  No excuse for bad clock management.

Scott needs to go...  USF isn't going to win another game with him as coach.
