Even before reading the article, it looks like (from the photo) they really have made upgrades on their stadium over the years.

Hopefully they did. I remember when PapaJohns Stadium was the standard for college football stadiums when it first came out. I honestly was not too impressed with it but it was decent. I’m sure they made some updates to keep up with the Jones regarding stadiums

Check out the “Happy Hour and a Half” inside the stadium.

Nothing like getting cut off from concessions before kickoff lol

I don't think the pointy endzone section was built last game I went to.  IIRC, their indoor facility is just behind it.

Yeah, that pointy endzone cost $63 million.

Here is mine, coming with my dad.

For sure: Louisville Bats Friday night, USF game Saturday, Reds game Saturday night.

Considering: Friday matinee for Churchill Downs, Caesars Palace (across the river)

@Jim Johnson I thought I had read Mark's Feed Store was the caterer for the Alumni, if so they have been good in their restaurant when i have been, but it has been years since my regular Louisville trips seemed to end 10 years ago for some reason.

@Mike Stuben- Just going off what my local friend's said about Mark's -- their BBQ is sub-par and not sure I want that for breakfast anyway.  Not discouraging anyone else from going, tho.  I've never actually been, so I can't say first hand.

Reds Great American Ballpark was nice when I went during the Flowers & Mack years. Hopefully Rays get a nice ballpark someday

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
