This group is a strength to be sure combined with that OL.  Grinding away on the ground will help the defense.

Was going to say, wait until we can get a healthy Kelly Joiner back in the mix, too. I always thought Kelly has been underutilized in his time here. He’s a really good back.

I'm laughing at how many ignored his highschool footage. I run out of breath halfway through it b/c it's nothing but long runs after long runs. I knew this day would come.

Shifty, along with speed, differentiates Battie so much from Mangham north-south, downhill running.  Nice combo to have to throw at the defense.  Past games had too much Mangham in my opinion.  Gotta go with the style of running getting it done. Battie put the gator defense on skates.

My favorite thing about Battie this weekend was his patience. Allowing the holes to open up then making the right cut.

It's always a good sign when you see a speed advantage on a FL team.

I think with the right mix of Mangham, Dukes and Bohanon and a HEAVY serving of Battie, this could be a recipe for success.

Battie needs to be RB1.  Mangham short yardage guy, while also mixing in Dukes and Joiner when he gets healthy.  But Battie needs to get most of the carries.  Mangham takes too long to get up to speed.  Battie hits holes faster.

We have a lot of good depth at RB.

Yeah need to hit fast and have the other team's defense exhausted chasing him around.
