All in all, finally a decent night in terms of entertainment value.  The students and STM's turned out and most people made an attempt at support for the defense on 3rd downs.  I know it was Howard and we're probably in for very rough weather the next 2 weeks, but again we're so close - 2 overthrows that would have been TD's plus at least 4 dropped passes that could have kept drives alive for at least 1 more TD.  Keep those green and gold goggles on until we see how we play against ECU which is going to be my measuring stick for any kind of progress.

GO BULLS!

ok rinse and repeat that. use battie until we get to goal line then mangham.

Finally Scott figured it out. I like Mangham, but the dude isn't elusive even at this level. Battle can play when they finally gave the kid a chance.

Hopefully they continue to to feed him.

So CJS saw a need, made an adjustment that paid dividends and called a good game.  I just want to be sure that I saw that right.

Mangham isn't the RB for speed, he's the RB for power... and he hurt his ankle last night, or we would have seen more of him.

Yes the absence in the goal line was strange.  I called it.  Anyway we scored on a sensational TD anyway.
