Just perusing future schedules.  If the game actually happens, do you think ND made sure to get in the contract that it will be played at RayJay so they can have a fan takeover?

I wonder if there is a breakeven point for ticket sales where it would be profitable to have a game at Ray Jay and pay rent compared to a 35-40k max capacity OCS that we own. I know Kelly mentioned before having the Miami 2027 game open the stadium and USF-Miami in Ray Jay probably sells 60k+ if we're both at least decent.

We will probably play some of the really big name teams at ray jay after the ocs is built. Our ocs will probably be built for around 40k and notre dame will probably be close to 60k

Will it be separate? 

Season ticket holders get option for clubhouse?

1 game rental of said stadium? The net profit$ may be better to play at the OnCampusStadium . . .

Reminds me of the UGA / UF game.  I am guessing it would be given out based on points or something like that in this hypothetical scenario.
