I personally think the rate of change is too fast for the system to accommodate.  If there is demand for a thing, it will find a way to exist though.

It's called character and work ethic, and for teams in situations like this to be successful you need players that have a good amount of both ....

I agree but if you have a guy  getting 100,000 plus and you are not getting any I could see some young kids doing some stuff because they are not getting a cut  .

Doing what exactly?  Losing on purpose? Not supporting the player getting paid?

NIL payments could disrupt locker rooms in all sports, to be sure, if the "star" is the only one getting paid... but chances are they will not be the "only" one getting paid per se.
