Thanks to my buddy Mike Stuben and his USF merch Facebook group, I scored this beautiful, full-sized gold helmet at an unbullievable price on eBay. So now you decide, do I keep the Skip Holtz signature and honor that era in our history, or do I remove it and start fresh?  🙂

I’m just kidding by the way I have enough fond memories that I could think of from the CSH years that I would keep it. Contrary to Mark Anthony’s take that “the evil men do lives after them the good is oft interred with their bones” I think enough time has past since our relationship died where the first things that would come to my mind would be beating Miami, Clemson and Notre Dame. Those are things I actually would like to remember.

It is our history, his teams (using it loosely) beat The U, Clemson and ND. I say keep it, loved his Dads quote recently.  I am officially an old man and am ok with that, I say live with the good and the overwhelming bad.

Keep it - I have a Skippy signed football and I keep it because it reminds me of two of the best USF games I ever attended, ND and Clemson Bowl Win
