Does anyone know if the TB Bandits will be a tenant for the OCS? Also what concert of shows should the OCS host? How about the SMF? How about a Jimmy Buffet tribute band ?

So I'm pretty sure Live Nation controls most of that and they appear to have deals with Amalie and the Amp. Also, as far as i know Live Nation is as scummy as they get(as well as TicketMaster).

What makes you think the new stadium would attract anything?

Live Nation and Ticketmaster merged into one company a few years ago... scum attracts scum... But they don't control where the USFL teams play.

That said with the XFL and NFL working out agreements, I don't see the USFL lasting long.  Perhaps if the USFL can sign some development agreements (like the G League).

Agreed, we may have better luck hoping for the Tampa Vipers as a tenant.

Houston's XFL team will play in their OCS so theres a precedent. The Vipers renting out a 40k stadium in their own color may make more sense than paying rent on a 67k Ray Jay.

Currently the only other stadium within 20k capacity of 40k in the area is Tropicana. So we may get some concerts from artists thinking Amalie is too small and Ray Jay is too big.

If the usfl lasts long enough I still see the Outlaws playing in Ray Jay over our OCS.

I don’t think they would draw any better than the BULLS. Then again, if it’s sponsored, funded, by the NFL I can see it.
