No streaming of Spring Game

If I was CJS, I'd have them post the alumni game as the SG highlights and really **** with BYU's mind ....

I know we're all struggling to make sense of something senseless...but I don't think it's a marketing ploy to get butts in seats. 

There would be no reason for Scott to lie.

"We want to get as many fans in the seats to create the closest thing to a real game day atmosphere as possible, and if we stream it some people might stay away"

I mean there you go, simple to say.

But even that rationale is really weak.  It's not like you'll have a lot of people shouting down the green/gold offense on 3rd down, giving them a good preview of noise levels...it's one big USF team in a stadium of USF fans.

So yeah I'm taking the coach at his dumb word, and I'm assuming he thinks this gives him the competitive advantage that he desperately needs to get his second FBS win under his belt.

Heard something about this is the fist season BYU is streaming their Spring Game . . . maybe April Fool's fun.

I would be curious of viewership of past USF spring game streams.

If Scott was that worried why not charge say $30 to stream it through usf website and then just run basic plays in the spring game. Save the trick plays for spring or fall practice and use them week 1 against BYU.

No we're all not. There are plenty here that realize this is so much ado about nothing it's borderline ridiculous. It's not like we've been streaming the SG forever and suddenly stopped this year.
