The thing is this board would absolutely melt down.  Before Baylor found some consistent success playing football they had 14 straight losing seasons...We are melting down after 2. Baylor has been playing football since 1903, thats 118 years and has been to 26 Bowl games.  We have been to 10 bowl games in our 25 year existence.  Men's Basketball Scott Drew was terrible his first 4 years back in 2003.  Finished 11th or 12th and never won over 10 games until he got stuff situated.  Every program has had their years of being in the sun, they have also had long periods of simply not being relevant.  Florida State started playing football in 1954.  Until Bobby Bowden got there in 1976 they only had 9 winning seasons.  Bowden had a few down years but had 33 winning seasons in a row. Imagine now being an FSU fan how do you think they are feeling about their program now after 4 straight losing seasons and didn't miss a bowl game between 1982 - 2017.  Our best years are in front of us.

College football is so lame now, USF football is like A or AA minor league baseball.  If USF should manage to develop any talent, it will quickly transfer the next season to play for a major league "contender"

To @monktified's point, I recall this board ridiculing Baylor when they canceled their series with us because (so assumed) that they were afraid of losing to us.
