USF Basketball schedules the home opener at 4pm on a Tuesday? Seriously? Guess we decided we don't want to sell tixs

That is ridiculous.  You can say they are a better team, and that is virtuous and all, but not helpful to a mens team that draws better and is also at risk of becoming an afterthought.

I believe there are 3 double headers this season.

The next doubleheader on 12/29 has WBB tipping off at 4pm and the MBB team tipping off at 7pm.

The final doubleheader on 01/22 (Saturday) has MBB tipping off at Noon and WBB tipping off at 3pm.

I could maybe understand if the women were playing a real opponent and not a Texas community college, but that is still a stretch.

They are a top 25 team, we are playing BCC. If there had to be a double header today, the order makes perfect sense. This is on par with the halftime show indignation on the much ado about nothing scale.

A double header is fine. But the Home Opener should not be a Double Header. To play the Home Opener at 5pm is nonsense.

No idea how much of this USF was in control of. I’m guessing the last thing they would want is a Tuesday mid to late afternoon start for either team.
