It's always about the money...

Of course but they will be as good record wise year in and year out. The SEC is like a super conference now in terms of top 25 teams NFL Talent.

The playoffs in college football are losing viewership, went from 34 mil to 17 mil. The viewership will continue to drop as they bastardize this once great system.  It is simply not interesting to those not vested in the college team playing for the most part.  If your college is not involved then you normally aren’t as well, need a dog in this hunt.

I'd like to know more about that stat...not that I don't consider you a walking fountain of undeniable truth.  I just have never heard that...

What they dont seem to understand is that CFB needs parity. People will and are getting tired of the same teams year in and year out.

The NFL has the cap, but CFB is just the wild west.

The NFL also has revenue sharing and a draft, so any team with competent leadership can build a winner regardless of their market or other factors

Nothing like that exists in CFB

It is looking like USF will end up in the ACC with a lot of former Big East schools. (Pitt, Louisville, Cuse, and maybe UConn).

Exactly.  I haven't watched the playoffs.  It's not as interesting.

It’s actually looking like you are dreaming and wishing again. There is zero evidence that this will happen. Dennis Dodd (who is very reputable) is reporting it will cost an ACC school $500 mil to leave. There is nothing that is going to happen anytime soon.
