Sure. Tangible first Players and coaches not getting in physical altercations with each other on the sidelines. Players not quitting when a game is 'Over'; general effort seems to be better

That's not rain its your little guys peeing...poss on your foot?      That's my opinion on this situation. Flames in year 3 I think it's writing on the wall-it ain't gonna happen way too many years of failure. Prob is: with the expense of IPF $$ and now the OCS $$ talk..how do you cut a coach loose or even go out hire won who's any good? Debacle....Wish more of these HC contracts were performance based.
