I think it's more of a Ticketmaster issue with some accounts. I tried to order some concert tickets in a pre sale last week and it tells me, on 3 devices, that i can't order from that device. I transferred tix to 2 different people for saturday's game and they got in fine but mine wouldn't read. Luckily the lady said just go ahead ..... and good ******* luck finding Contact info for TM.

I believe the issues are for those who use Android phones. I spoke with our ticket ops department and they are working with ticketmaster to fix the issues that our ticket members are experiencing.

i love when we get seated in a restaurant and  i need to look at the restaurant menu on my phone?

Screen shot of the gold box worked great yesterday for my wife to go in and out of the club and get to our seats.  Obviously a screen shot would not work at the gate for scanning.

Would you mind sending me some instructions on doing that through a PM (or on here if people don't mind).  I've only done it on the app which I've had to uninstall and reinstall to get my tickets to come up.  We have tix for Usher in Vegas and those show up just fine.  USF football? Not so much.

We’ve had problems with the app also. Takes more than one try to download to Google Pay.  To make matters worse, we had people show up twice claiming we were in their seats last night.  I saw one person’s ticket, and unless their is a difference between WC & WCA seats, the seats were the same. John - maybe you can comment?

Oh for the days of paper tickets…

So you go through the browser on your phone ..... I may try that for next game. I have no problem getting them to Apple Wallet from the app but the reader at the stadium didn't recognize it .... and the tix I transferred to other people who went through their browser worked fine.
