Demarcus Gregory (WR) 200 -> 217 (gonna be a redzone threat)
Jimmy Horn (WR) 160 -> 170 (really trying to get him ready to take hits)
Kelley Joiner (RB) 179 -> 186 (hopefully all in his arms to stop fumbles)
Katravis Marsh (QB) 198 -> 226 (dude is going for a Cam Newton build)
Leonard Parker (RB) 205 -> 235 (bulldozer)
K'wan Powell (RB) 190 -> 205
Jordan Blackmon (S) 175 -> 150 (??? is he training for boxing or football)
Antonio Grier (LB) 222 -> 213 (not sure why our LB is lighter than a receiver)

OFFENSIVE LINE:
Demetris Harris (OL) 337 -> 309 (guess dude was over weight?)
Donovan Jennings (OL) 338 -> 327

DEFENSIVE LINE:
Jamari Stewart (DE) 205 -> 220 (has been mentioned as a guy that looks good, at 220 he may just be a speed rusher though)
De'Juan Sease (DT) 250 -> 290
Rashawn Yates (DE) 271 -> 280 (now heavier than Blake Green and Thad, planning on playing him at DT?)
Kevin Kegler (DT) 294 -> 303
Darrien Grant (DL) 254 -> 263
Tyrone Barber (DL) 265 -> 257 (why the **** is a dlineman losing weight?)
Blake Green (DT) 280 -> 276 (why is our DT losing weight?)
Stacy Kirby (DT) 252 -> 230 (??? they must be changing his position)
Thad Mangum (DT) 285 ->  275 (????)
Kelvin Pinkney (DT) 315 -> 310 (noticing a trend, DT's might have been too fat and slow)

Seems like in the trenches we may have had an issue where guys we're fat/soft/slow and they are trying to make them more athletic? Not sure why so many guys in the trenches would be losing weight otherwise

Some of those weight losses on the dline is perplexing

Stacy Kirby a typo?  A 230lb DT

I think for some of the defensive and offensive line weight loss, it was more about cutting body fat. Thad Magnum, Blake Green definitely look more athletic. I think I saw Darrien Grant on a video and if that was him, buddy got "swole"....not sure if it will help him get any sacks but we shall see. I am assuming Stacy Kirby is being switched to the "Leo" role which is think is reserved for the lighter DEs. But  I hope he makes his official "debut" this year, because he had a lot of great offers coming out of high school. (UF, FSU, etc) I'm still waiting to see why. I'm ecstatic about Jamari Stewart gaining weight. There was no way he could play DE at 205.

You forgot about -

Darrian Felix (RB) - 184 -> 190. He looks like he lifted weights all summer.

Jason Vaughn (DE) - 235 - 257.

Seems like a lot of the RB's gained some weight, thinking ball security is going to be a big emphasis after last year

Weight is relative. You can lose weight and get stronger and faster. I am less concerned about raw numbers and more concerned about raw talent. From the photos and videos I have seen, the team looks to be in good shape. Also, 4 pounds on a guy that is almost 300 pounds is really not that big of a deal.

That and just adding some power to the speed we have.

Agreed, I weigh 230 and lose about 4 lb every morning.
