Bob Stoops not happy about ‘Horns Down’ rule

The new “Horns Down” rule is a complete joke.

Oh Lordy, Don't tell me there is now a controversy involving the Horn's hand gesture??  Hopefully this doesn't trickle down and build into more of the offensive hand gesture nonsense. Possibly, this is just an example of more overreach by leagues trying to make everything PC. Crazy....

If one of our USF fans or players saw..oh lets say..a ucf fan doing the horns down..Whoa! I bet all hell would break loose-----------Not!!

I remember @FSU doing a sideways slash while they were doing their chop.  No one assaulted me. But, then, I was in a see of GREEN.
