We had no flu because we were masked, socially distanced and washed our hands. I work at a K-12 school and we had almost zero flu absences this year because of the health and safety protocols. Typically it runs through the school every year. It’s no coincidence. When I talked to my doctor late in the winter, he said he’d usually treated around 60 flu cases by that time. This year? None. And no, COVID-19 was not the flu. The media doesn’t confirm it, our medical professionals do.

It’s dumb ass comments such as these that have nothing to do with the topic at hand that supports my decision to move on once again from this board.

I come to this board to read and share stories about USF Athletics, if I wanted to read BS on political issues, Covid or all the Right vs Left BS I would go to such boards. As for your comment about “ my safe space”  don’t worry about that I make sure I stay away from the idiots that use such words.

Lol! Well from my surmise we have a much better free throw shooting team. Hope that’s adds some value.

Well that is certainly a move in the right direction.  We haven't had that since the early 90's I would guess.

I'm trying to catch up on the 20 page post since I guess I have to come to my own conclusion, since my question was so ultimately complicated.

I apologize for my response since I misunderstood your question. I thought you were asking had this board gotten better or worse. And that’s what I answered to. I  come here to read and share about USF Athletics and not for the other BS that seems to invade each thread on this board, which is why this one is at 20 pages, half of it with nothing to do about the topic.

As for is our basketball team better, time will tell I believe we have some pieces that will  at least match what left. I will still like to see a big body inside added and as Dave said we are still in running from the big guy from Tennessee. If we land him I think we could end up better than we were. Durr was the one guy I hated to see leave the team.
