Or he could be concerned with due process and acquiring enough information for probable cause.

This isn’t a US courtroom, this is a private investigation in a kangaroo court and there is no due process. You simply decide your desired outcome and then find the evidence to support it.

Over two weeks since this investigation news "broke" and possibly months since it allegedly occurred and we still don't know what was said even.    Sounds pretty suspicious

So if you want to fire someone for supposed race issues you actually have to investigate it or you maybe sued but if you want to fire them for anything else you don’t have to worry about it and just ahead and lose your lawsuit?

I feel it’s expected, I would hate to have and investigation without first conducting a feasibility study on it

I would hate to have an investigation on something as potentially damaging, in a multitude of ways, as this one without having a **** thorough one ...
