If he was behind Marsh after his performance against Cincy than I would not let the kid dress, may even ban him from the sidelines.😀

I was thinking the same thing.

Bit behind might mean knowing the playbook not necessarily how they throw the ball or play in a game.

I hope Jordan is the future he is a more true dual threat type of qb unlike Marsh.

I could not agree more and like @puc86 says ad nauseam, pro style immobile QB’s just don’t work here.  Spread people out and run so our O-line does not need to hold a block long or dominate the line of scrimmage.  I think the kid has a ton of potential and would like to see him run around to see what we have.  The year does not count so what is there to lose.

I think Marsh can be the guy if we had an o-line. I liked what I saw besides the interceptions. I really don’t think it’s Johnson, and haven’t seen enough of Fortin to say. But like everyone said, that is not really going to happen here.

I just think Scott needs to name a QB and give them half a game without being pulled, then throw someone else in for the second half. The only way to know at this point.

That doesn’t sound like something I would say...

Pro style offenses rarely work if you don't have massive skilled lineman.  WE need to run an uptempo spread with a qb that has some mobility to make time if the oline breaks down ( which happens often).

Let's develop this kid and not rush him out there.

Don't Marsh him?

I agree, let's get serious. Let's select the QB that has the best chance to lead this team next year.  That is looking like McC or Fortin.  Marsh and Smith, develop.
