I meant top 20 coaching job more than a team's ranking, but your point is well taken.

FSU fans still think they're a coach away from the Jameis Era. Their lines needed a ground up rebuild that was probably 3 years away before CWT was hired due to Jimbo's bad trenches recruiting his last couple of classes. Now they created more instability with another coaching change which only hurts recruiting relationships. FSU is stuck with Norvell now, they better have made the right hire or they may go the way of "The U"
