Not true, in two of his four stops he improved the win total from the previous year in his first year. Which considering this is the first program he has inherited that wasn't a dumpster fire, Can't really say that underachieving.

Sad but this is a huge game for us, the only thing good about low expectations is you relish any win and recover from the losses quickly.  When you are really good it takes months, years to truly recover and the wins are not as enjoyable either, more of a relief.
