Good for him. May he be successful at Howard and gain some great experience so that he may be our next HC when CJS jumps to the P5.

Ummmm.  Not sure Im down with that.  After CJS leaves his legacy, we should shoot for better.  Larry Scott doesnt overly excite me.

Happy for CLS.

If CJS is successful here and leaves for more money, then I hope we promote from within. Continuity of a winning culture & system is most important. Turning a team on its head every 3-5 years is not a good strategy.

He will still need any least one stop at a FBS school (for at least 4 years) as a HC to truly make a return. The timing would also have to be there.

Props to Larry Scott. I hope he builds a great program over there. Would be nice for him to a shot here somewhere down the road.
