Looks like his best offer at this point is Pitt, although he has made visits to Virginia Tech and Kansas State.

I've noticed Coach Scott retweeting recruits' tweets like the one at the top of this post. Is this something that the NCAA allows? I've never seen a coach doing such a thing so I'd assumed not.
