He needs to bring in a top notch S&C coach.  Pat Moorer was awful.

No matter what there needs to be accountability for mental errors. Like, jumping offsides, running the wrong route, dropping passes, personal fouls, etc.

This...has been a real problem at USF most of the time. How difficult is it to find quality strength coaches????

find a former collegiate athlete with a kinesiology degree who’s in to Cross Fit and boom

I would be down for Calibull being our S&C coach.  He certainly looks the part and more importantly would be a USF lifer (I think).

It's actually pretty hard to find one.  S&C coaches spend more time with your athletes than any other coach and are in charge of their physical development.  Good head coaches hang on to good S&C at all costs.  Hopefully there's a good assistant strength coach at Clemson that is looking for his shot to run his own program.
