I think context matters.

CWT certainly had 3 years which is similar to where we are now. CCS should have been fired last year.

I said if we kept CCS we would go 4-8 this year. Obviously many on this board didn’t like that but I said we were probably closer to 2-10 than 8-5 as most were predicting.

Where the program is starting from matters in how much patience the fan base should have.

Just because something has been done doesn't mean we could afford it. You are making an assumption as much as those making the assumption we couldn't afford to fire him.
